Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day to day management of the property front desk including daily check-in, check-out, reservation and reception, courier deliveries, telephone answering, printing
• Responsible for handling tenants’ bills, asking for payment, handling invoices and checking accounts with finance department
• Responsible for dealing with requests from tenants for daily repair and maintenance (cleaning, engineering, network, etc.) and handling emergencies
• Support the General Manager and Community Manager to coordinate and complete the site booking and events arrangement in the public spaces
Qualifications:
• Passionate about hotels, serviced apartments or co-living
• College or above, with any experience in hotel management, tourism or graduate in language related disciplines preferred
• 1+ year hotel, serviced apartment, co-working or property marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills, including spoken and written fluency in Chinese and English
• Positive attitude, energetic and organized
• Well presented, familiar with workflow of reception
